It seems to be the norm now for these stadium shows. They start a day or two in advance.

nothing about this band's fanbase is normal dad. nothing.

4 posters for night 1.

Still irritates me, this poster scam they have going that only benefits flippers. It's paper, just sell them on the website, if you run out, print more. Then I don't waste a day in line and have to lug around a poster tube. And lol at 4 posters. I get excited to see them when new music comes out and when I'm at the show, but everything else with this band has become obviously money grabbing and fucking irritating.

agreed. and it would be so easy to give people that bought tickets to the show through the 10C a voucher or code to redeem that will guarantee them a poster to that show that they could then buy online. whomever else wants the poster, PJ could offer it online with a cutoff date, and then they could print them out.

The merch list I saw had 5 posters, not 4.

Posters already appearing at the usual places online. I guess standing in line for hours to flip a poster for an extra 80 bucks then having to go ship it is one way to make money

seems like a lot of work for 80 bucks

that's not how going to shows to see live music were when the band were going to shows to see live music, so it is thus detrimental to the experience of going to shows to see live music forevermore.

sell the merch day or two before and away from the venue

that way, the venue doesnt get its 25%/30% cut of the merch take

its very clever and most major acts do it now. Taylor swift n everyone is doing it
