JFC guys it doesn’t take much to google “Spanish tortilla” to see it’s essentially an omelette. I’ll take Jamie Oliver’s well traveled word over rmers who probably have never ordered a tortilla in Spain

where tf can you order an omelete in spain? everything is always closed at normal meal times. unless you want an omelete between 12am-5am. which, just like at Denny's, might involve watching a knife fight while you dine
