idk, there is some back story to at least the main bad guy on the show that starts in season 1. And the inhumans don't really come into play until season 2 with a lot of back story on them as well.

i loved the story line. i also sorta like how everything is tied up with time tuns out

I'd like to jump into the show but I don't feel like watching all those episodes. I jumped into the second season of Arrow after watching a first season recap. Maybe I'll try that with this one too.

Just go read the episode recaps on wikipedia or something. It is just important that you know where Ward started out and a little bit about the inhumans. Or maybe start with season 2? They did a nice job of coordinating with the events before and after Winter Soldier.

I'm guessing they're gonna take it in a different direction. I think Marvel miscast a bit. They should've saved the guy playing Mac for Luke Cage. I think he's great and rather wasted on A of S.

I thought there was a rumor of of Bobbi and Hunter getting their own spinoff, though, so that is something.
