I remember in my freshman year of college I chose to do a presentation of Velvet Underground in a Rock N Roll history class. I played "Heroin" for everyone. Ha, that was an awkward 6 or 7 minutes.
R.I.P Lou Reed the Genius who took Walks on the Wild side.
Ps: i have been receiving Tons of condolences because of a Journalist confusing our Identities. Lou Bega sends his condolences to mr.Reeds Family.

I'd give McP's damaged nut for it to be Bega instead. The world is a cold dead place.

My heart goes out to people who genuinely and actively loved Lou Reed while he was still here. It must be torture to listen to all of these people who wouldn't have given a shit about him a week ago talk about what a huge loss this is and how much they love Walk on the Wild Side.

You should have seen Mika Brzezinski on "Morning Joe" try to talk about it.

I'm just waiting for Bono's 8000 word essay.

All I dared to say on FB was something like "Here's to another dead innovator that I failed to listen to before he died." I'm enjoying what I've discovered since, though. The Lou Reed and Nico debut is unbelievably good.
