Really stupid question: with the way the detectives were questioning the guys, are they tossing out a red herring that McConaughey might be the serial killer?

I interpreted that to mean:

That McConaughey thought they caught the wrong guy, perhaps the reason for his break up with Woody

HBO Go maybe? If you have a smart tv or a streaming device, I think. No idea of cost, I'm in Canada where everything American costs more.
