Watched the first episode. Was pretty much a setup. Also pretty sure the voice of once of the Skeksis was also the voice of Watto in the Star Wars prequels.

I'm the only person in my family excited about this, but I'm going to make them watch it anyway.

side note: I'm also the only one who likes Labyrinth, so I can't vouch for their tastes at all.

My wife tried to get our youngest to watch the Labyrinth with her. He lasted 10 mins.

Labyrinth is goddamn brilliant! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise you gorgeous hunk of good taste, you.

So far the story is a little weak, but they have done an outstanding job of capturing that disturbing feel I got as a kid watching the original puppets.

Not a difficult thing given the character design and real puppets.
