Pearl Jam is. They love South America, but not southern America.KurtLeon wrote:Is ther ANYbody comming to South America?
Again, I don't doubt what he said. Just weird that the information would be laying around in a notebook presumably for something to do with that night's concert.Birds in Hell wrote:That guy's legit, I'd believe it.
Soundgarden and Pearl Jam would (I presume) schedule everything around each other, so it doesn't seem too outrageous that they'd have that kind of stuff around.

For what it's worth, PJ and SG share the same crew for the most part and the sound/lighting person (Carrie?) is definitely the same, which is where he would have seen the notebook.E.H. What else did you see? I assume Voodoo was either the starting or ending date. What was the other city?given2fly23 wrote:
Yeah, New Orleans. I dont think anyone has said anything, but I saw some PJ tour notes when Soundgarden came through town. Saw the starting and ending dates and cities.
The reason I figured it was PJ dates is because the first two were London and Wrigley (this was after those were already announced), then there was a line and then the starting city for the fall tour Oct. 9 (northeast) -> Voodoo Nov. 1 and then starting and ending dates in December (short run). I didnt want to say too much b/c I didnt want to piss off the 10C or get anyone in trouble, but with everyone breaking the bank for Wrigley, I figured the Voodoo news might help some people.BeerBaron wrote:What else did you see? dont ever worry about breaking tour dates before the ten club here, the ten club is usually the last people we get info from. anyone remember the show in philly in 2005 after the canadian tour?given2fly23 wrote:The reason I figured it was PJ dates is because the first two were London and Wrigley (this was after those were already announced), then there was a line and then the starting city for the fall tour Oct. 9 (northeast) -> Voodoo Nov. 1 and then starting and ending dates in December (short run). Take it for what it's worth.
Makes sense. Again I wasn't doubting you (given2fly23) I just found it peculiar about the location of the notebook. Cool news and thanks for sharing.BeerBaron wrote:For what it's worth, PJ and SG share the same crew for the most part and the sound/lighting person (Carrie?) is definitely the same, which is where he would have seen the notebook.E.H.
