Is there a way to put in a custom set list of say 30 songs and see how many shows have played the most songs I hope that makes sense to someone.
No. PJdb has a song rarity feature which lists how many times you've seen the particular songs in a set .

Gotcha. It'd be a cool idea figured maybe it existed somewhere.

BTW....excited to see Bethancourt this weekend when I finally get some chance to watch baseball.

I brought a sign to my first show requesting Alive. I was 16 so I'm going to give myself a pass on that. Oh to be young...

Signs are overall lame. However they do seem to work (dreadlocks haircut guy in Spokane, etc.). I wouldn't bring one again. Just don't block my view with yours.

Oh yes you get a pass for being that young haha.

Yeah I don't think I'd ever take a sign to a show. I wouldn't wanna obstruct anyone's view.

My most unusual stat: Speed of Sound has been played 6 times ever and I have heard it 4 times.

I need that one, so this bodes well for me in Milwaukee.

Weird stat:
I have heard every PJ performance of 'Man of the Hour' since the end of the 2006 tour.

I am looking for downloads of some off the radar songs... Cold Confession, Let It Ride, etc.

A little help?

I heard 8 songs that I hadn't heard before at Vienna and Stockholm. Pretty good considering that this was my 29th and 30th shows.
Tulsa was my 31st show and the first time I didn't hear a song I haven't heard before. I did hear 3 for the first time in Milwaukee. I only have 4 album tracks left. That sure would be a bittersweet accomplishment.

Updated album missing list:

Evacuation
Of The Girl
Rival
Get Right
Arc
All or None
Speed of Sound
Getaway

B-sides missing:
hitchhicker, dgnl, u, gremmie, whale, undone, strangest tribe, drifting, let me sleep, dirty frank

A lot of momentum on the pit for Get Right. It's possible.

i thought i had a good chance to complete a couple albums in the four shows i saw - lincoln, moline, st. paul, and milwaukee - but really didn't get very far in that regard. i needed let the records play from lb and did not get that one, which was probably the most surprising one. parachutes is the only avocado song i need and it looks like that was crossed off milwaukee (and strangest tribe, dammit.) thanks to moline, i did finally get to hear around the bend. i'd already heard all of yield live, but getting all of it in one show will certainly go down as one of my favorite pj experiences.

so, i've heard all of the songs they've played from their first five records, but haven't completed any albums after that.

binaural - evacuation, rival, parting ways
riot act - can't keep, get right, green disease
avocado - parachutes
backspacer - gonna see my friend, force of nature
lightning bolt - let the records play

For *only* 31 shows thats quite a feat!!
im gonna count mine by that measure and see how i do..

but i have a rule...if ive seen Ed solo and hes played a song hes written(say, around the bend) but i havent seen PJ play it, i still count it..

They don't play out here very often and I don't have the money or time to travel to shows, but I'm doing okay for 8 shows. Songs I'm still missing:

Ten: Oceans, Garden
Vs: W.M.A., Indifference
Vitalogy: Tremor Christ, Whipping
No Code: Who You Are, Mankind, Around the Bend
Yield: Faithfull, No Way, Push Me Pull Me
Binaural: Breakerfall, God's Dice, Evacuation, Nothing As It Seems, Thin Air, Of the Girl, Rival, Sleight of Hand, Parting Ways
Riot Act: Can't Keep, Ghost, Get Right, Help Help, Half-Full
S/T: Comatose, Marker in the Sand, Big Wave, Army Reserve, Come Back
Backspacer: Force of Nature
Lightning Bolt: Getaway, My Father's Son, Swallowed Whole, Sleeping By Myself, Let the Records Play, Future Days
Lost Dogs and B-Sides: Hard to Imagine, Long Road, Sonic Reducer, Hold On, etc.

Some of these I could care less if I ever see (almost anything post 2000) but I'd really love to hear Hard to Imagine, Oceans, Breakerfall, Parting Ways and Who You Are. In general, Binaural is my white whale - it doesn't matter what show I see, I won't get anything from Binaural. It was that way for my first show in 2003, and it's been that way with the exception of "Insignificance" since 2003. :shake:

I am now re-thinking my stance on signs because I want to either A) Get myself on stage, B) Get invited backstage, or C) Have Ed hand-deliver some kind of gift to me. Ed is a sucker for signs.
