I agree, but...worse than a serial rapist?
No
Not like any of them are good people. They all leave a lot to be desired.

Terrell Suggs needs to be added. Dumped bleach on his girlfriend & her young son after beating her.

Oh yeah. Fuck him. He'd be pretty high on my list.

How about we make a list of those who aren't?
Wouldn't it be easier?

I think when they found Carruth he was hiding in someone's trunk. He hired someone to shoot his girlfriend b/c she was preganant and he didn't want to pay child support. She died, the kid lived but is severly disabled.
I think he clearly deserves to be at the top of the list.

This list/thread makes it harder and harder to watch and support the NFL.
When the Rice thing happened the guy who had him dropped him because of it in our fantasy league. Then he also had AP and dropped him, while the rest of us agreed not to pick him up. Isolated incidences are one thing. But when it's systemic/epidemic and the rest of the league, owners only care when corporate sponsors start pulling out, it does make you think.

The Dwyer incident should find him a home on the list.

I stopped caring about the NFL about 5 years ago. I still watch the pats games, but it's just so I can competently discuss them with friends and co-workers, which is easier than explaining why I don't watch anymore. I still enjoy the college game, but the rule changes, unsavory element of so many players, and outrageous corporitzation has turned me off when it comes to the NFL.

Cromartie's inclusion on this list is also questionable. If he was stiffing all his kids than perhaps, but he's too high profile to be able to get away with it.
I'm not saying he should be at the top, but I think any dude who lets the media fawn over what great character he has and accepts an award about it and then later that day gets busted paying for sex is probably an asshole. Out of everyone named so far though, you're right, I'd put him and Cromartie at the bottom.
Hell, I'd put Reggie White ahead of both of them (even though that probably means I'm going to Packer hell someday).
Really who is getting hurt there when a guy pays for sex?

His wife and kids.
Look, I said several times I put guys like him and Cromartie pretty low on the list. But a high profile hooker bust is probably a pretty shitty thing to put his family through. Just cause he's not as big of an asshole as a lot of other guys doesn't mean he's not still an asshole.

ray lewis on the ray rice incident:
There's some things you can cover up and then there's some things you can't.

LP is a POS as well.
Why do you have Cromartie so high?
I have heard that Cromartie with all of those children gets behind on child support so that the Jets had to give him an advance on his contract and he doesn't have relationships with most of those kids. To me as a single father that is despicable.
Uh, you mean a deadbeat dad, right?
Who's a deadbeat? Cromartie? Sounds like it.
Me? Haha at that.
OH GOD. I misread that--I thought you said being a single dad was despicable (and thought you meant "deadbeat dad"). Whoops!
