I feel like a lot of your movie reviews are highly weight by your socio-politico opinions. Honestly, Loathed, I just read both your 2014, and 2013 lists and they left me incredulous. We completely agree half the time, and then you get some stuff so completely wrong, I just can't even deal with it.

Yeah, all my thoughts on movies are indeed influenced by those. And also by what I value aesthetically/cinematically. I don't try to hide that.

No one get's my goat as much as this guy. He lampoons True Detective and the Swoons over Sex and the City. It's so obvious he's just saying shit to provoke and yet he doesn't even seem to know it. It's a real conundrum...

And Sex and the City is about a bajillion times better than True Detective.
