i goddamn love indian food so much. We only have 1 indian restaurant here.
I dont mind trying to cook it at home but getting the rice perfect is the most important and difficult part.

To be honest I much prefer homemade Indian food over Indian restaurant food. It’s a whole other level.

I feel like any chaat is dope, but yeah, samosa chaat is an upgrade.
