Redic. In Philly you can get a huge platter of bite sized soft pretzels with sides of several kinds of mustard, cheese, chocolate syrup and even frosting. Tell NY they can shove it, cause they don't know what they're talking about.

Buffalo Wild Wings has surprisingly enjoyable soft pretzels. Very light and fluffy.
