It might be on the pricey side because it's so trendy right now, but Templeton is awesome. And deserves the price tag.
Michter's makes a great rye too. I haven't spent too much time with the 10 year. Maybe in 2014.

Jeffersons is a great rye not much more than Bulleit.
It's a 100% rye very smooth

Nice. All I have is some Wild Turkey my father gave me. And my wife is making meatloaf...with ground turkey. I hope they cancel each other out.

I always forget that when I drink scotch I wake up after like 3 hours of sleep.

Honestly, I'm pretty new to the game. I tend to prefer bourbons, and that Jefferson's is so far the best I've had.

Is it sad that I only know of PVW because of the Goose Island Bourbon County that was aged in its used barrels in 2010?

If doug includes some scotch in the mail he sends me with Pliny and assorted other Russian River beers, Ill drink it with an open mind.
