Yeah. I had to get the audio jack replaced. And a USB port that broke when I accidentally dropped my computer. So this happened to a laptop in our household. After a quick google search I found there is a tool made specifically for this problem. I ordered it off of Amazon and 2 days later it arrived and worked in seconds.
