It was his brother, but they enhanced his face with CGI for shots where the face was visible.

Pretty obvious, but luckily it wasn't used that often.

I'm all about Jack Reacher, man. Fantastic movie. Some of the best direction I've seen in a long, long time. Unfortunately, Rogue Nation was a weak follow-up.
