over easy is a friend egg cooked on both sides with the yolk left intact so it stays runny, as opposed to over hard which is when you break the yolk so it cooks and solidifies.
sunny side up never gets flipped so it's like over easier

But sometimes I'll do an over easy if it's taking too long to cook and I can't be bothered waiting.

Historically I've always been over hard but I'm more likely to go over medium now.

Hardboiled in a salad is a winner. Sunny side up or poached on an english muffin.
Man I miss eggs. My son is allergic (hopefully temporarily until age of 5) and we have boycotted eggs completely. Same with dairy.
