At first I was amazed that the song made it this far. I was so happy and I was going to pen a loving thank you to the good people of RM. Then I realized it probably only got this far because of all this second account bullshit. And that makes me sad. If In My Tree does manage to win, it'll be a victory marred by scandal. Winning a rigged tournament isn't winning at all.

Surely by now there's a pretty secure polling widget that could just be shoved onto TSIS next year? The results would probably piss us all off though.

Let's not lose perspective here... we're voting on songs. It's a fundamentally silly and not-serious thing.

The mods should find a new polling tool we can use that blocks multiple votes from the same IP address and that's it.

Both of these songs are top tier PJ.

These are two really great songs. I've had a blast doing this again this year. I loved the new format. I really can't complain. I hope In My Tree pulls this off. Firstly, because it's my favorite song. And secondly, because we can finally put this whole "it won before/no it didn't" debate to bed forever.

Exactly. I'm all about having fun. But for me, rigging this isn't fun. *shrugs*

There are certainly bigger concerns in my life, though. And other rounds have been fun enough that I'm not interested in making a federal case out of it. But, yeah, I agree with you.

I have one vote to give and I'm giving it to "In My Tree." I pretty much like these both evenly, but Joey really wants "In My Tree" to win and I'd like to help make that happen for him.
