If there is no general rule prohibiting flags (other than a few approved types) is this an indication of a generally reasonable HOA, or this is the one hole in their we will take your house after 3 months of unpaid liens for unapproved paint baseline?

I was thinking of getting a bunch and planting them along the street in my front yard, but ultimately, it comes down to our HOA President being forced to take the job b/c no one wanted it, and now she has to send out e-mails because dickheads are complaining about signs and boats in people's driveways.
