They really really fucked up hitting that maternity hospital.
That’s after making news even in Russia. And they’re saying it was a mistake
And they’ll investigate.
It’s all going south

That’s every government’s/administration’s spin. They all consistently lie.

It’s trump it’s brexit it’s Boris Johnson.

It’s actually all Putin. They’ve been weaving all this for years and years.

Now it’s come to fruition but isn’t working out at all like he thought it would.

I suppose everyone can lose, but this time I think Dime may be right. (Unless your angle is that Putin is nuts and doesn't care, which is how we all could lose).

Been few changes on the map in the last week, but that could change of course.

Seems like there's difference between Russian forces overpowering Ukraine and (for some time) occupying the country, and Putin winning this war.

What happens if Zelensky signs a 3-month treaty with Poland to create Polukraind? Is Poland out of NATO or is Ukraine in?

If Poland joins the war on their own, NATO is not obliged to defend them.

We've got Ukraine flags on overpasses in the exact spot where there were BLM signs two years ago. Public sentiment has turned hard in this direction and the level of (performative?) enthusiasm is kind of bizarre.

Where this bleeds over into demands for no fly zones and escalation is the concerning part.
Yes, flags on bridges will be what puts us at war with Russia, and not, say, rising energy costs.
