since last night/early evening I've had on/off fever, chills, body aches, and an upset stomach. I tested neg for covid yesterday and neg again for covid as well as flu this morning. No fever, aches, or chills since the early hours this morning. Stomach is still slightly upset.

Not nauseous, no diarrhea, no vomiting. Just have an upset stomach. I've eaten breakfast (oatmeal), and the upset stomach persists.

The doc at the walk-in I went to thinks it's just something viral.

I had a similar thing happen several years ago. For two weeks, I had all the aforementioned symptoms but tested neg for flu, west nile, norovirus, etc.

Weird.

I feel like I’m going to try to run fast and I’m going to either pass out or hate everything.

they did not.
I would recommend it. All your symptoms are also strep symptoms and you can have it without a sore throat.

I didn't really think of pitch as being a feature of an accent
