I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

If the release of the Snyder cut doesn’t bring him back, nothing will.

This looks like a very serious movie about very serious things.
In what may be a divisive move, he’s also presenting the movie in the boxy 4:3 format rather than wide-screen so that one day it can be watched on IMAX screens. Some may be irritated by seeing Justice League on HBO Max with black bars on either side. Snyder isn’t troubled by that.
My initial reaction is "YIKES!"

Yeah. I've become sympathetic to Snyder's cause here and I think this movie has to be at least better than the 2017 movie (though chances are slim that it will actually be good), but the aspect ratio choice is just awful

This is going to be exactly the same level of dogshit that WW84 was and frankly I'm looking forward to it.

It's impossible that a bloated superhero movie is going to be the same kind of symptomatic mess of ideological reflection as another bloated superhero movie?

It's impossible that this will be as bad as Wonder Woman 84, which was just totally incompetent on every level. At the very least Snyder knows how to compose a shot. It'll look good and that's not nothing
