Bullshit flag on this one. No way a story like that is just coming to light now when the victims friend is CNNs lead female anchor.

Reince is abandoning Trump. Pence is barely on the ticket anymore. Ryan is a disaster. Trump's hard right fanbase is abandoning the party establishment for having the gall not to be ok with this. Deplorables are threatening to refuse to vote Republican in the other races as punishment for those candidates not supporting Trump, and lashing Fox News for not defending him more strongly.
At this point, the potential Republican civil war is bigger than the scandal itself.
