I can’t even remember how it all came about. I just remember one of the horny boomers I worked with pointing it out to us, and then seeing video of her a couple of years later.

I mean, isn't that why you go into radio? Because you have a face for radio?

Not one of Playboys more successful editions I'm guessing.

Setting here on the front porch with Mrs Wease, her mom and grandmother. Her grandma had been drinking a bottle of root beer. She got up and went inside for a few minutes and while she was gone her bottle damn near exploded. Just sitting there one second and the next, root beer spewing everywhere. Never seen anything like it.

Drove up to Lake Geneva, WI this morning and rented a wave runner with the wife - first time for both of us. Water was fairly choppy, but we got the hang of it. What a blast.

I think it got the wife closer to being convinced we get one, but she also forgot her DL at home so didn’t get a chance to drive. We’ll see.

Last few days.....

Saturday - went into the downstairs bathroom to use the wash basin and as I step on a tile water pushes up through the grouting. After investigating, find that the tiolet sistern has been leaking behind the wall

Sunday - heading to church, less than 500 meters away we get a flat tyre. Stupid car didn't come with a spare or any of the tools to remove a wheel. I had bought a space-saver in case this happened, but neglected the other tools we needed, so had to call road-side assistance. After an hour and a half awfter having waived of several people who had stopped to help - this dude shows up - says he has al the tools in the back of his ute, so we thank him and he starts taking the wheel off while I go to get the other out the back of the car. He forgets the golden rule of lefty-loosy, righty-tighty - and goes right to much snapping off one of the wheel nuts. We get the other wheel on - doesn't fit right and scrapes against the wheel bracket. Back to roadside assistance. They finally arrive- put the other wheel back on and say we need a tow, so then have to wait around for that and get the car towed to our local mechanic. 4 hours later I finally get home.

Monday - have my uncles funeral up north. My mum had texted me the time and location. I get there bang on time and the place is deserted. After waiting a bit I go in and ask them about the funeral - they know nothing. They make some calls and the service is in the neighbouring town - I get there for the very tail-end of the service. Driving back home I notice that my jaw is feeling a bit sore, but don't think too much of it. Get home take some pills and forget about it

Tuesday - sore jaw has developed into a full blown ear infection. Ring our doctor's office - they say the earliest I can get in would be Thursday afternoon, and I explain the pain I'm in etc - they get me to speak with a nurse who suddenly finds an open appointment within the hour. Wife has taken the working car into the office, so then I have to download the Uber app and get myself to the doctors. Get antibiotics and a shit-tonne of ain relief.

Today - wiating for the antibiotics to start working thier magic. Feeling ever so slightly better than yesterday
