There has to be some kind of Uwe Boll tax shelter thing going on. All their movies are expensive flops.LoathedVermin72 wrote:I don't understand why people keep giving them money
My only guess is that the rumors about the Wachowskis formulating a new Matrix trilogy are true, but they told WB they'll only do it if this monstrosity gets funded first.BurtReynolds wrote:There has to be some kind of Uwe Boll tax shelter thing going on. I did like Speed Racer, though.
Jesus Christ. I don't think the world is dying for a new Matrix trilogy from the Wachowskis.LoathedVermin72 wrote:My only guess is that the rumors about the Wachowskis formulating a new Matrix trilogy are true, but they told WB they'll only do it if this monstrosity gets funded first.BurtReynolds wrote:There has to be some kind of Uwe Boll tax shelter thing going on. Yeah, I'm all for some new Matrix movies, but the Wachowskis are hopeless at this point. My personal pick for a Matrix reboot would be John Hyams. Shit would be mindblowing.BurtReynolds wrote:Jesus Christ. what'd you do during the daytime hours instead?tommymtcom wrote:I planned on watching The Equalizer, Birdman and maybe Point Break this weekend. I didn't watch any of them, though. Movies are too big of a time commitment during the day and I was busy in the evenings.
So this is this year's John Carter?BurtReynolds wrote:here you go LV. I hope you are happy:

Financially maybe, but John Carter was actually decent.E.H. Ruddock wrote:So this is this year's John Carter?BurtReynolds wrote:here you go LV. I hope you are happy:

Saturday - Watched Tottenham beat Arsenal with my Arsenal supporting brother. After that we played a bunch of FIFA and watched some Always Sunny. In the evening I went over to a friend of mines house and we got high and watched some shit on cable.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:also what'd you do during the evenings?spike wrote:what'd you do during the daytime hours instead?tommymtcom wrote:I planned on watching The Equalizer, Birdman and maybe Point Break this weekend. I didn't know you felt this way. I thought I was the only one on this entire board that liked that movie. I read all the books as well.LoathedVermin72 wrote:Financially maybe, but John Carter was actually decent.E.H. Ruddock wrote:So this is this year's John Carter?BurtReynolds wrote:here you go LV. It's not perfect and, sure, it could have been better, but there are some great moments in there, and it's a very entertaining movie overall. Definitely didn't deserve the punishment it received.E.H.
