Agreed.

The "sitting bullshit" line can at least be applied to any awful President (e.g. Biden, Obama, Clinton, Carter etc)

For Quick Escape, I would have preferred something like "the lengths we had to go to to find a place Biden, Obama and Clinton (Hilary and Bill) hadn't fucked up yet"

Nah, fuck Trump. I'm fine with it even if it is clunky. He's done more damage to the world by empowering bigots and bullies to come forward and have their voices heard. It's started to seep into Canadian politics as well.

Trump is an idiot. A simple, power hungry opportunist. He's only powerful because so many idiots prop him up and enable him. He's not the problem, they are, and fingers should be pointed at them in songs like this.

I don't know guys. The ROI on their anti-Trump lyrics is pretty stellar. I know for a fact that they convinced at least 1 person to not storm the Capitol on January 6th. To me that's worth it's weight in gold.

I hear the not ageing well comment, and honestly I'm torn on it; at the end of the day, PJ are a legacy "grunge" band and activists; they're probably less concerned with what is ageing well than with what has immediate impact

I also think Bushleaguer in particular in spite of its name could symbolise anyone with Bush's values
