Nothing. Late lunch involved a ton of calories I’m sure and I’m not really even all that hungry.

Did some beef cheeks last night and they were amazing.

Smoked them for a few hours at about 275 F then boated with celery, carrot, onion, garlic, red wine and stock for a few hours more. Pulled the beef cheeks out and wazzed the veggies and wine/stock to make a damn awesome gravy, served up on mash.

One of the best meals I've had in a while.

Weber chicken wings last night while watching the NBA playoffs on catch up. Always good, a solid, easy choice.
