3.83 miles in 49:20 yesterday. It was pretty hot and my calves were tight. Felt good to have done this well, considering. Gonna take the day off and hopefully push myself harder tomorrow.

Don't feel bad. I have a tendency to take months off at a time. Not this time though! I might actually go today. Feeling pretty good.

my body hasn’t felt great lately, partially due to some stomach stuff, but I’ve also been making some excuses…there’s a 5k in July I’d like to participate in, so I better start practicing

Winds were reportedly strong enough to knock people down and shred their emergency blankets. Do you think if winds that strong were at your back while running downhill you could break a 2-minute mile?
