I remember when they came through Houston on the tour last year (or maybe the year before?) Three of my bartenders and my two key door guys on staff were unavailable to work because of it and it put us in a real bind because we were overloaded with pre and post show Metallica fans. I was not expecting much business from it at all.

With one studio release in 10 years we barely count these as a thing.

Death Magnetic came out in 2008 and it's better than BS and LB.

I’m working the Seattle Art Fair, heard Mike sound check this morning for his Infinite Color & Sound performance today at 5. Sounded ok, some really cool ambient guitar stuff but also some singing. I’m gonna leave the booth to watch the performance, will report back.
