We did pork shoulder in the crock pot last night which means pork hash for breakfast this AM. Complete with sunny side up eggs, avocado, and a dried basil garnish.

Went to bump this thread about the hash we had this AM. Forgot that I did that last month too. I guess that's my breakfast thread MO.
This one was potato and peppers topped with some pulled pork butt. Fresh micro greens for garnish.

Bought fresh bread and going to make a couple of sandwiches now. Good a good variety of stuff to put on.
