"Per fan page StarWarsOnly via X, the runtimes for the seventh and eighth episodes of the first season of Star Wars: The Acolyte, which are set to release on July 9 and 16 respectively, come in at 43 minutes each"

Finale Predictions
Mae Osha Sol and Qimir end up back at brendock
Sol has to use the dark side to kill Qimir & Mae
Osha kills Sol and becomes the Acolyte
We get to meet Qimir's master

Are we to learn the origins of the dark side in this era ? It's kind of being touched on with the witches and wondering qimirs origins. If the season wraps up tightly, I hope we get a solid idea of this

And, yes, I fully see the irony here, of me, a guy who knows who that guy was, saying wait for the nerds to show up.

:haha: You captured all of my thoughts already. This show is a bag of stale farts. Putting the horrible writing aside, your lead actors have to be super solid to carry a show and make anyone give two shits about them. Osha/Mae and Qimir are whiny punks played by pedestrian actors.

This show should’ve just been about Plageuis and the Sith.

That scene at the tree is up there with the council meeting in GoT where they elect Bran king. My eyes almost flew out of my head they were rolling so fast.

I will give the fight coordinator credit. Except for the godawful slo-mo, the saber fights were extremely good.

That sounds like a great idea for a show!

Well that was just OK.

The lightsaber fights were cool. Qimir was my fav character.

Mae/OSHA turned into a female Finn character by the end.

So venestra told Yoda about the Sith at the end ???

Like the eve of most episodes I’m confused and underwhelmed.

I swear, ruddo, I wasn’t talking about Yoda, I promise I think much more highly of you than that.

The guy in the cave, as dime has intimated, was Darth Plagueis, so not really a new character, just the first appearance of a known character.

This guy:

The thing is, Plagueis wasn't even at the end. It was halfway through, some mysterious shot, then... nothing about it the rest of the episode.
