It happens. It's not a big deal though since you have to be a member of 10C and pick up in person.

IIRC, I said buy two in case you accidentally f' up the first one during the show or bringing it home, and if you don't then you can always flip it. AND I think you got two DC Reapers, so you're welcome.

Statement from Sony Music regarding Pearl Jam Vinyl Box Set Numbering:
"Regarding the LP box numbering.
A total of 500 units were to be numbered for sales on pearljam.com. An additional 100 units were to be manufactured for label and band use and not to be sold or numbered. However, due to a manufacturing error, these additional units were also numbered, packaged and delivered. We were unaware of this manufacturing error before we began shipping orders and apologize to the fans who received a number greater than 500."

I don't disagree with either of those assessments, but why wouldn't Pearl Jam have announced, "visit your local FYE and buy this exclusive thing"?? People from the Pit would have camped out at their local malls to get one.

fye did something similar for the last set of singles. there's nothing special about it other than the bundle packaging, the contents are the same singles that can be had individually.

"Got a man of the people
Says keep hope alive"
But Eddie *always* sings
"Got a man of the people
Says people alive"
293 times they've played this song and not once has he sung that lyric correctly, and it fucking annoys me.

pearl jam is a lame dog that needs to be taken out back and shot to put it out of its mercy, s/t was ass, backspacer was ass, lightning bolt was ass, it's been the longest gap between studio albums, live shows now are just for unemployed 40 year old europeans who jizz in the pit everytime they play sweet lew or whatever, this band just needs to hang it up
