These days, i kind of feel that rent is gonna continue to go up and so are housing prices. With the latter, you may at least get to enjoy those benefits of ownership.

i’d also recommend a minor league baseball career, in tandem with a second source of some kind of major liquidity or asset, to make the most of IPOs and real estate. that’s what they call douganomics. the tricky part is figuring out what that second source consists of.

No joke I almost added something to my post about doing that

I already knew it, but this small living room does not make it easy to utilize the space. The outlet distribution only complicates it further. Oh well at least it has doors.
