Sounds like you got the wrong size for you. Every bike has a height range.

Took the bicycle out for my first real ride this year. I had taken out for a couple quick jaunts earlier, but yesterday I did 22 miles on a rail trail. Mostly flat. Easier than I expected but I now have an awareness of every move my right knee makes. Not painful exactly, but it calls attention to itself. I pray this doesn't last forever
