Watched the new Chappelle one. While the content isn't his funniest, I sure do love that guy's delivery.

"It sounds like something....that I would say!!"

That line was fucking great.

Amazing how underrated Norm is with the masses. Seeing him in Vegas in a couple weeks at an old school off strip show room and virtually all the tickets are available at a price a fraction of what the more popular stars charge at a much larger room (Mirage).

The Burr one was hilarious too. The whole part about the robots was hilarious. That, and "I don't know what is happening but I'm pretty sure white women are at fault".

I saw this (it had previously toured the entire country before doing off and on Broadway)...it was fantastic. But I also just had a kid and identified with much of what he said.

I have a kid who's just getting into comedians and loves Birbigs and Mulaney; I'd love to take him to one of the shows but I kind of figure he's too big now to make it easy (i.e. cheap).

He'd be bored w/ birbigs new show I think...it's really geared towards adults. And agree, seeing A list comedians live at 100-500 a ticket in giant venues is super absurd to me. Only live comedy i go to is clubs (with people I know or at least have researched ahead) or theaters when it's not gauging. Otherwise, I'll just watch it on Netflix. Not worth getting a sitter, etc.

Segura was $50 a ticket and that's by far the most I've ever paid.

The last time I saw Norm it was $25 (each) for a table 15 feet from the stage.

Yah I said earlier how he's so mispriced even in Vegas. I'm paying $40 for best seats/booth. Can get in for $25. Other comedy acts run 100-150 as headliners outside of comedy clubs. Norm isn't even in a comedy club just an off strip showroom.

Norm is the absolute best.

If you can't see that, then fuck you.

"The News" is the best bit in the last 20 years.

"Jeff Ross good to see you. I'm kidding." That was my favorite part. I generally find those roasts pretty cringy, but I've been pretty blah on stand-up comedy as a whole for a couple years now.

Yea that was fantastic.

Seth Meyers standup on netflix is fantastic. Super loved the way he laid it out and tied it together in the end. I fucking love him.
