Anyways, I’m glad to hear that he is in in fact available. The absolute worst case scenario here would be that he passed away. That would be a genuine tragedy.

The second worst case scenario would be if millions of people were inaccurately told that he passed away by callous opportunistic faux news sources, when he had in fact already been released from the hospital. This country is lost in a sea of disinformation that is designed solely to create conflict, and it poisons the discourse.

He's alive so everything is fine? He was (allegedly) released from the hospital, so is therefore available for comment? Fuck off with that. Do you have a definitive press release on his availability for comment?

I understand why you read my response that way (and I saw people claiming he was dead). His current disposition is rather beside the point when police stand down in front of random street violence and DAs that wont press charges so long as they can claim the alleged perpetrator was protest adjacent. (The perpetrator here might get charged, but not before the victim is ruined).

How he presented and especially the way he was handled (after head injury was moved around with no consideration for supporting the spine) suggested that he had serious injury. I don't understand why you even engage on this.

The fancy credentialed folks that work outside of far lefty orgs aren't supposed to explicitly promote street violence. Unless I misunderstand your pedogogy or whatever it is you are focused on, you aren't anywhere near street level violence. Responding to complaints about it is beneath your station, and kinda gives up the game.
