The "devoted" thing? Yeah, that was very strangely worded. But I still think Trump fumbled (and that Clinton's answer was ho-hum).

This was like when Pence said Clinton-Kaine was the campaign of insults.

I fully expected him to recite the introductory paragraph of Twitter's Wikipedia page here.
Donald J. Trump wrote:I have some best people in the world working on this, and I've heard that Twitter is an online social networking service that enables users to send and read short 140-character messages called "tweets". Registered users--including Sydney Blumenthal--can read and post tweets, but those who are unregistered--like ISIS cage people--can only read them. Users access Twitter through the website interface, SMS, the cyber, or mobile device app--I think, I usually just ask my son about it. Twitter Inc. is based in San Jose, Francisco, San Diego, San something, and has more than 25 offices around the world.

"If I had been president he would still be alive" is an extra serving of crass even for this election.

How weird was it when Clinton said that she likes Trump's kids, and he said (twice) that he "took that as a compliment." Of course it was a compliment! Especially since she said all of them and not just the one of them that seems put together.

What fat balding guy wakes up one day in the year 2016 and says, "This moustache works for me."

He is an undecided voter, remember. That speaks volumes about him

I think what he meant was that he decided to accept that as a compliment even though she decided to answer the question by saying something nice about other people.
