geeezes doug. That looks and sounds amazing. I should give this a try some day though seems a little overwhelming in my limited skills.

not even close...i usually get a 3-4 lb pork shoulder for $8..every other ingredient is cheap and always on hand..make it, its so good

That lamb stew finally. Got halfway through my ingredients and realized I should have used a bigger crock pot. Oh well, I stuff it in there but good and we'll see when I get home.
