Yeah. We went to KState together. We also both moved out to NYC around the same time. He got into Julliard. Had a couple of plays produced here with Lincoln Center. Then he moved to LA to write for some TV shows. But he'd been based back in KC for a while. That's where he was raising his family. He was the artist in residence at KC Rep for the past few years.

He and I both had shows at the same theater festival our Senior Year of college.

My dog recovered from his illness a few weeks ago when I thought he was a goner. This week has been pretty rough on him, though. First he face planted into a curb and skinned his nose and chin, now he's sick again. Hopefully not as bad as last time.

I’d kill to find an awesome keyboard player. Mine kind of sucks.

I mowed before work the other day. Thermometer said 83 but the feels like temp was 114. At 9 am!
