Wait, there's already another announcement scheduled to happen? So, in some ways, this really was a countdown to announce an announcement? Hahahahaha.

I'm surprised that it wasn't affected by the Y2K bug.

Although, I have to say, it's difficult to create a page and a server that can withstand a mass of hysterically excited people trying to access a file/login/something.

It's not hard to create a page and server to withstand a tsunami wave of disappointment.
