Muriel's Wedding. My god it was beautiful. Movie wrecked me. I was a weeping mess by the end.

watched a bit of Book of Life. Not great, but the art was so fresh and gorgeous I went out and bought the art book. Its fantastic.

Gone Girl. I liked it.

Yeah, I thought it was pretty good. I didn't pay attention to the book or any of the hype surrounding it, so everything was new to me. It wasn't the best movie, but I thought is was a solid 3 stars on the 5 star scale.

Watched The Fault In Our Stars last night at the wife's request. She's been trying to get me to watch it for a while, so we agreed if I watch it, she'll watch Beastmaster with me. The movie wasn't half bad. A little clumsy in parts, but overall a nice story. I was pleasantly surprised.

Dude. November man was awful.

I thought it was a really solid genre movie. It probably helps that I luvvvvvvvvvvvvv Pierce Brosnan. But I also thought it was refreshing to see an action movie embrace its R rating without being nasty about it.

Kids had been hanging out to watch The MockingJay Pt.1 - so we watched this last night. What steaming pile of crap!

Focus...that was a lazy movie.

I watched There's Something About Mary because a podcast I listen to (sorry, LV) was discussing it, and it was way better than I remembered.
