The problem in general is that coaching is vastly, epically overrated on the pro level everywhere. It's getting the right GM, to make the right decisions when you have the chance, having insanely motivated players and then, a coach who can get the best out of them.

Really ultimately, teams that fail do so because they get talent acquisition wrong repeatedly. Fans often blame coaches when there's not much that can be done to make the talent better.

A big part of becoming a star in the NBA right now is simply putting in the work to be consistently excellent.

The Cavs top to bottom are completly hateable douchebags with the possible exception of Channing Frye.
Oh come on.

He's part of Lebron crew though. Just some washed bum who can still shoot threes and isn't man enough to survive in the NBA on his own anymore. But there is hope for him. Girls Name Thompson got a huge contract and he also only has one plus NBA skill. Just gotta make sure the King likes you.

Idk man, I think Luke Walton truly rallied those guys around him and he made them better. They would have been a middling team without his top notch coaching. GS is going to miss him so much when the Lakers are beating the Warriors next June.

Carroll's reaction to being given a T was the best. Even he was flabbergasted by Lebron's flop.

Stephs dumb pregame dribbling routine is way more offensive than Westbrook dancing.

Bogut is trash. I bet it stings knowing he's going to be around and Ezeli is leaving if you're a Warriors fan.
