well yeah of course! but to be honest the show makes a great point of how fucked up Claire is and how the kid is a victim.

I hate this feeling, I'm in it right now. In between binges and each new thing I try to start doesn't catch me. I don't know who I am when I'm not mid-binge. I feel lost. I watched Donnie Darko last night, it was terrible

I think it's a really interesting show. It's flawed and sometimes a bit on the nose. But the performances are solid and the photography is great. It's well paced. Often funny. Charming. A different perspective. Give the first two eps a go. If you don't like it then bail.

Just watched the first two seasons of Better Things on Hulu. Love it so far. Louis CK was canceled after the second season, so I’m interested to see how different season 3 is without him being involved.

Steve Albini wrote:Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.
