I think they could get it right with the guitars, but in my mind the rhythm is quite specific so Matt has exactly 1 ways of getting it right. Or 2, tops. That makes me nervous.

Well, I guess its potential for greatness will depend on how much you like the song... but other than that, I think they could do it. I've grown to really like MYM manners a lot. I think there's reasonable hope for a similar thing on other songs. I doubt they're wanting the single standout track to be MYM. There were highlights on Backspacer, but none of them were as good as MYM I don't think; or rather, none of them grew on me that much.

I'm pretty interested in seeing how they're going to flesh the song out. I don't think they're gonna keep it that short.

The other song I would like to see them flesh out is Light Today. But we'll see.

A friend of mine just told me that "Setting Forth" will be on the album. I have no idea how he'd know, so I'm not buying it yet.

Maybe that's what the moon thingy is about.
