It was delicious.

I also found a recipe for Bagel with Avocado, cream cheese, honey and pistachios. Some day soon.

What's up with all the micro greens? Are you just pulling clover and dandelion greens from your yard at this point?

There is an urban farm in my neighborhood doing weekly plow shares. We pre-order online, hop in the car, drive down to the farm, pop the trunk and get the veggies placed inside while a masked volunteer at the farm checks our ID through our car window. When we get home, the sterilization ritual begins.

from scratch or frozen? I typically make them from scratch, but this weekend I used a Cascadian Farms Root Vegetable hash (spuds, sweet spuds, carrot) and they turned out great so I'll probably just do that from now on.

This morning I had some homemade sourdough (not my own) lightly toasted on a cast iron, spread with carrot top pesto. Some mozzarella and tomatoes on the side and some scrambled eggs with garlic chives.
