Goddamn right you do!
Pop the cork
A champagne glass
Raise to the future
Drink to the past
Thank the lord
For the friends he cast
In the play he wrote for you

Do you think I should bring in some hired hands to help me till the land?
Yes, you will need at least three. What crops do you plan to grow? Do you need to build an irrigation system?
I believe this climate is really only conducive to kale, spinach, peppers, and berries. Im going to grow all summer log just so i can have my very own salad come september.
All that work, for a salad? Pass. Get a cow.

Did you go with the 30 year? Nothing like signing papers that seem like they were taken from a Jetson’s cartoon. 2048? What the fuck?!

We took out a $200k 30 year loan 13 years ago this summer. After a couple years of watching the principal barely move, I started paying extra. Then I realized I could go to 15. Kept paying extra. Then realized I could go to 10. This bitch will be paid off this October, and then the whole world can eat my ass before I take bullshit or do anything I don’t want to.

On two teachers’ salaries. I’ve been adding $750 a month to the principal for years. If you convince yourself that’s your actual payment and make it your priority, it’s doable. We still take a vacation (or 2) every year, but my wife drove the same car for 15 years. I’m on year 10 of mine. I think that’s a key.

Why? Do you have a unique investment opportunity for me?
