Excluding Binaural? Best as in top 25 percent. Yeah, probably several.
Yeah, I was going from S/T on, really. Riot Act falls within the "last 20 years" but Binaural is outside that range, right? I have no idea anymore. What is time?????

Most of Binaural and Riot Act (if we're counting those) make up the best of that time. There are a handful from S/T that rank. Maybe one or two from BS & LB (again, Infallible is way up there for me).

The rest are Gigaton.
Binaural is outside of the last 20 years right now, but was JUST inside of it when Gigaton released. I'm fine with leaving it out.

There was a chill in the air today and I threw this on after not playing it for a little bit. It was a refreshing revisit not to hear Ed try to cram too many words in to a phrase, there is a lot of space for everyone in the band to get their due overall.

Yep. It really is grating how he has to fill every second these days with words.
Don’t see some songs as half empty…

I literally created the ultimate bowel movement playlist. I should get a award or something. Imagine you are sitting there with your 45 year old bowels and all the complexities that come with middle age. Sit back lean forward remember when you had a evenflow all those yesterdays. Remember even Mike Mcready does the evolution.

Here's my riot act in eleven songs. I haven't quite figured out how to sequence it just yet, but this is what I'd include

Can't Keep
Save You
Cropduster
Ghost
I Am Mine
Down
Undone
Get Right
1/2 Full
All or None

That's an album I could really get behind. MM had me give All or None a second look, and it's enjoying a small renaissance. I almost want to add Green Disease, but didn't quite get there.

When I went to buy Riot Act on the day it was released, the record store still hadn’t put it on the shelf. The employee I asked went to the back room and found the box of “the new Pearl Jam drop” and brought it out to stock the shelf. It was about 4pm. No one had asked for the album yet, at a popular music store in a major city. To think the band went from Vs. sales records to that is pretty amazing.

Great album too. These are favorites

Didn’t it debut at #2 on the album sales chart that week?

My local had a midnight sale and we walked in stoned out of our heads, we didn’t bee line for Riot Act. We played it cool looking through some racks, then found the new releases. My cousin tapped me on the shoulder and was like, “this is it playing, man.” For that entirety we’d been in the store while You Are was playing and I had no clue.

Help, Help
Cropduster
I Am Mine
Can’t Keep
Green Disease
You Are

Those are my favorites. I’ve always loved the sound of this album.

If this had Green Disease and LBC, I'd be there.

That's a nice playlist.
