Did they acquire Hanna-Barbera? The Flintstones look weird and hipster Shaggy and the Gang?

They've had Scooby Doo for a while but they must have just acquired the others. I know that Archie Comics had a sort of modernization to it's look and feel and was well received so maybe they are gonna try to do the same with the Hanna-Barbera stuff.

You know they killed Archie in Life with Archie. I have the cbr but haven't been able to make myself read it.
I'm okay with change but I Don't want my childhood icons to die.

I read the first issue and thought it was better than expected but I haven't felt motivated to keep reading.
