I saw Gordon Ramsay do it on a show and I needed something to do with the salmon so the wife wouldn’t complain that it tasted “fishy”. It actually came out delicious.

Yeah, there's very little fish that I can cook where the end result isn't "it tastes like fish smells" from the hoi polloi.

soak it in 2 quarts of water and a 1/2 cup of salt for 30 minutes before cooking it. it won't come out tasting "fishy."

i'm often underwhelmed by short rib dishes, but that does look good.
