I think I got it, guys. It's a concept album centered on a child who didn't mind his manners at the dinner table and finish his food. There will be a song called "There are kids starving in Africa" after Mind Your Manners, which is the album opener. The third song will be about traveling to South Africa. The rest of the album is a collaboration with the South African Choir.gardenparty wrote:guys, the new album is titled dinner plate. i didn't want to spill the beans but looks like it's ok now.Sgt. I've always thought Ed looked incredibly stoned in that picture.stonefury wrote:I think I got it, guys. Molo Sessions II here we come!!
Don't forget: Some of those 2006 dates were "half shows" with Tom Petty (including the one I saw in MN). Double the price/half the show=BOO!durdencommatyler wrote:There you go. Thanks for that, stip.stip wrote:2006: 42 US dates, 37 other dates

2010: 15 US dates, 11 other dates
2011: 2 US dates, 20 other dates
2012: 4 US date, 13 other dates
So yeah, the last 7 years we have 96 US dates and 108 dates in Europe, Australia, and South America
Oh, they were having "sessions" alright.wilkins wrote:I've always thought Ed looked incredibly stoned in that picture.stonefury wrote:I think I got it, guys. I saw them at Summerfest that tour. Petty fans didn't really seem to dig them that much. I enjoyed it though, Tom is great and the band was okay still live with the exception of McCready, who had a really shitty guitar tone for whatever reason. The evenflow solo sounded like some shit you'd hear someone slinging at Guitar Center.darthvedder81 wrote:Don't forget: Some of those 2006 dates were "half shows" with Tom Petty (including the one I saw in MN). PJ hasn't done a proper show in the Twin Cities in more than a decade!!

Yeah - I think the general consensus is that it was a pretty shitty thing to build up so much hype over a tour that over half the fans won't get to go to....Dr. Van Nostrand wrote:Damn autocorrect doesn't like pissedspike wrote:everyone is passed, even stip a little., i wouldnt have expected it from stip though

We get to hear MYM on Thursday.Dr. Van Nostrand wrote:So what all did i miss during our 8 hour drive? We didn't leave till after the countdown, and we put in for tickets to 2 shows. What are the thoughts on the new countdown? Will that be album info? And how passed is everyone?
Im pretty ok because Im excited about probably going to 2 shows
It'll probably be a 20 second clip of the song run at half the speed and backwards ...just saying.evenslow wrote:We get to hear MYM on Thursday.Dr. Van Nostrand wrote:So what all did i miss during our 8 hour drive? Unless of course that's wrong.
That doesn't look like Pearl Jam at all. They thought they could just take a picture of anyone and it would get past us, their biggest fans. Nice try guys!stonefury wrote:I think I got it, guys.
