It is amuch more interesting guitar riff than anything on backspacer....

at least in its 10 second tease...

It sounds more soundgardenish than pearl jam....in that it forces cameron to play something more.... interesting.

I'm enjoying both. They're sound quite different to anything they've done before, which makes me think that maybe this is an experimental record. Which could also mean there'll be no attempts at 'radio friendly' dribble.

Edit: I'm sure someone else has mentioned this, but can we assume that since the first date of the tour is October 11th, that we should have an album within the first 10 days of October?

Those 10 seconds really do sound like something from the last Foo Fighters record.
